Deletion is destructive. Treat it like a production change: announce, export, and verify integrations will not recreate data you meant to purge.

Workspace deletion

Deleting a workspace is irreversible after the cooling-off period. Notify members first.

Disconnect billing identities, SSO apps, and webhooks before deletion—orphaned automation can still fire against deleted IDs in some systems.

Personal deletion removes your profile from associated workspaces per policy.

If you might return, understand whether email addresses can be reused later or remain locked to prevent impersonation.

Export before deletion if you need records for compliance.

Download or transfer domain verification records if your brand moves to another provider.
